There is something about the mountains…
Something that makes you wonder
A mystical aura surrounds, as clouds that lie yonder.
You can just imagine what lies beyond the shroud
Many a mysteries harbour behind these giants proud.
There’s something about the mountains
Something that allures
The charm of their abundance, the beauty of water that through their bosoms pours
You are pulled back time and again
Resisting is futile,every attempt in vain.
There’s something about the mountains
Something that makes you want to stay
You feel you have returned, like a bird to his nest,tired and sunburned
There is nowhere else you would rather be
Except in the mountains’ spellbinding embrace & air so free!
